Returns & Refunds
As our products are handmade and often made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed.
Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive an incorrect item
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product and original packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to availability.
Please note: Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
